Availability
Our service is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day for all domestic arrivals at Salt Lake City International Airport. We do not provide this service for international arrivals.

Cost
The cost of this service is $39 per person for up to three (3) pieces of luggage. The maximum number of pieces of luggage permitted for this service per person is three.

Confirmation
Upon purchasing our service, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.

Billing
The service will be billed to your room.

Cancellation
We ask that you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled originating departing flight. Simply email us using our Contact Page.

Airport Departure
Check-in your luggage curbside or at the counter of any commercial airport in the U.S. the normal way. It is not necessary to do anything else to your luggage.

Unusual-Size Luggage
Items such as skis, fishing equipment, golf clubs, etc. are considered acceptable luggage, assuming government regulations permit them. If the airline will allow you to check it as luggage, we will pick it up and deliver it!

Arrival at Salt lake international Airport
Simply walk off the aircraft and proceed to your destination. There's no need to go to the baggage claim area.

Luggage Delivery
Your luggage will arrive at your hotel within one hour from the time it is obtained from your aircraft. Please notify us by email if the name of the person who reserved this service is different from the room reservation name.

Flight Delays
Delays due to mechanical difficulties, weather, change of aircraft and change of flight number are monitored and tracked.

Airline-Delayed Luggage
It is our responsibility to deliver all airline-delayed luggage to a guest who has paid for this service. Should the airline misplace your luggage, we will contact you immediately informing you that your luggage has been misdirected by the airline and tell you when it is scheduled to arrive at Salt Lake City International Airport. We will also provide you with a telephone number should you wish to call us during this process. If the airline requests a report for the delayed luggage, we will file it for you.  For this reason, please keep in your possession your airline luggage tag stubs.

Insurance
Your luggage is secure in transit from the airport to your hotel. Our liability in cases of lost, pilfered or damaged baggage is limited to a maximum of $3,000 US dollars per customer.

We are not liable for damage to fragile items, spoilage of perishables, lost/damaged/delay of money, jewelry, cameras, electronic/video/photographic equipment, computer equipment, heirlooms, antiques, artwork, silverware, precious medals, negotiable papers/securities, business or commercial effects, valuable papers, or other irreplaceable items and/or any item where a liability release was signed by the customer.

We assume no liability for minor cuts, scratches and dents on the luggage or items that protrude from luggage such as retractable handles, wheels and luggage feet.
